Bharatpur is a commercial and service center of central south Nepal and a major destination for higher education, health care, and transportation in the region. Chitwan lies in the Terai region of Nepal. 
Chitwan is famous for Wild Life and Jungle safari and Chitwan National Park itself is listed in World Heritage sites.

Our Kathmandu, Lumbini and Chitwan Tour begins with an exploration of the medieval city of Kathmandu followed by a fabulous trip to Lumbinī is a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the Rupandehi District of Province No. 5 in Nepal. It is the place where, according to Buddhist tradition, Queen Mahamayadevi gave birth to Siddhartha Gautama in 563 BCE. Gautama, who achieved Enlightenment some time around 528 BCE, became the Buddha and founded Buddhism.
Chitwan is one of 77 districts of Nepal, and is located in the southwestern part of Province No. 3 with Bharatpur, the fourth largest city of Nepal, as its district headquarters.

Day 01, Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu International Airport, Meet and greet at Airport and transfer to hotel. Check in at Hotel. Overnight at Hotel

Day 02, Full Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Breakfast at Hotel, Proceed to Kathmandu Durbar Square is heart of old city Kathmandu in Basantapur. There are around 50 temples in the vicinity including the temple of titular deity, Taleju Bhawani. Important ceremonies, including the coronation of the Nepali monarch. Kumari (living Goddess) , she will be appeared form the window from 11:00 Am to 12-noon the morning and evening at 4 Pm-5:30 PM and we believes that she will bless to the people for their long live, health & wealth.

After Kathmandu Durbarsquare we proceed to Pashupati Nath Temple, One of the biggest Hindu Shirine. As the literal meaning of “Pashupatinath” is lord of all the animals of the universe, it is supposed to have control over all the living beings, human and non human alike. There are many temples surrounding the Pashupati Area and the most important place is the crimination place where you can see how Hindu criminates their body.

Boudha Nath Stupa is the one of the oldest and the biggest Buddhist monuments built in Nepal in 5th century. The site is considered very much like Mecca for the Tibetan Buddhists and every year tens of thousands of pilgrims from all over the Himalayan region visit the stupa. Afternoon, free for Shopping. Overnight at Kathmandu.

 

Day 03: Drive from Lumbini to Chitwan

Breakfast at Hotel, Check out and drive to Chitwan, which is about 150 KM and it takes 4-5 hours drive from Kathmandu. Upon arrival check in at Resort. After Lunch Visit to Tharu Village, Evening Tharu Stick Dance at Hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 04: Full day Jungle activities in Chitwan

Breakfast at Hotel, Proceed for Jungle Safari, Elephant ride, Bird Watching, real canoe ride, Elephant Breeding centre visit.  Dinner and Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 05: Drive to Kathmandu from Chitwan

Breakfast at Hotel,  Check out from Hotel and drive back to Kathmandu. Which is 140 KM from Chitwan to Kathmandu and approximately 5-6 hour drive. Due to construction of the Road extension project in between Narayangadh and Mugling it may take longer to reach Kathmandu.

Evening Fare well Dinner with Nepalese cultural show.Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 06: Departure from Kathmandu

Breakfast at Hotel, Free for Shopping until transfer to Airport for the flight back to KL.

    • Fill in ' Arrival Card '
    • Fill in Online ‘Tourist Visa ‘form ( you can fill it up  prior to your arrival  visiting our official website  Department of Immigration / fill it up using Kiosk machines upon your arrival at the airport).  If you fill it from the website, you will get submission Receipt with barcode, please print it out and bring it along for acquiring visa. It works for fifteen days and becomes invalid then after.  If so, you will have to fill it up again.

    • Get the receipt

    • Proceed to the Immigration Desk with your online form,  payment receipts and your passport
    • Hand in your documents to immigration officer for visa processing. He/she issues visa to you upon his/her satisfaction.

 

Gratis Visa (Visa for Free)

Gratis Visa is issued free of cost in case of following categories of Visa applicants:

  • Children below 10 years
  • Up to 30 days for SAARC Citizen (except Afghanistan) visiting Nepal for the first time in a given visa Year.  Afghan citizen are eligible for Gratis Visa on Arrival only upon the recommendation of Department of Immigration. If you are an Afghan citizen, you can request concerned institution inviting you to Nepal for necessary paperwork with Department of Immigration to get you Gratis Visa 'On Arrival'.
  • Non Residential Nepalese(NRN) card holder ( issued by MoFA /Nepalese diplomatic missions abroad)
  • Chinese Nationals

Officials from China, Brazil, Russia and Thailand do not need Entry Visa based on reciprocal visa waiver Agreement

Visas of all kinds including ‘Gratis’ issued at the Airport are Tourist Visas. Contact Department of Immigration for extending your visa or changing the category of your visa. Tourist Visa extension can be done from Immigration Office, Pokhara too. Non tourist visa extension can be done only at Department of Immigration (if eligible) for a period of maximum one year (except business visa).
